College demands more independent planning, time management, and follow-through. I help students with ADHD and executive-function challenges develop practical strategies using their actual courses, syllabi, and assignments. Individualized, one-on-one sessions are held online via Zoom.
College brings greater freedom, but also greater responsibility. Students must organize their time, meet deadlines, and maintain effective study habits—often without the structure and reminders they relied on in high school.
At Educational Therapy Solutions, I provide individualized, one-on-one support to help college students develop practical executive-function skills. Working with each student’s actual courses, syllabi, and assignments, we focus on:
• Planning and organization: Turning academic responsibilities into realistic weekly plans.
• Task initiation: Breaking overwhelming assignments into manageable steps and getting started.
• Time management: Anticipating deadlines and allocating time effectively.
• Follow-through: Establishing routines, monitoring progress, and adjusting strategies.
• Independence: Developing the self-awareness and skills needed to manage college responsibilities with increasing confidence.
Sessions are conducted online through Zoom and tailored to each student’s individual learning profile, strengths, and needs.
